Returns and Exchanges

C&E is committed to providing the highest quality products. We have a 7 day exchange policy. We do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturer issue. If exchanging, item must not show signs of wear, and remain in as purchased condition. C&E has the right to refuse a return or exchange should we believe the item had been altered, worn, or damaged. Should you purchase an item online, exchange request must be received within 7 days of receiving your item.  Exchanges can be of a similar or greater value, and remaining balance will stay as store credit. Custom orders will not be available for return or exchange.

All of our jewelry lines have independent policies on repairs and we will be happy to coordinate with them any necessary repairs or replacements on behalf of you! We encourage yearly inspections of all fine jewelry to preserve the life of your item.
